Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the FX Bias platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users including those on a free trial, Basic, or Elite subscription plan. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice for material changes.

FX Bias is a market intelligence platform that provides automated analysis of foreign exchange markets using ICT (Inner Circle Trader) and Smart Money Concepts (SMC) methodology. The Service includes:

• HTF bias assessments for major currency pairs and gold.
• Signal scoring, market mood indicators, and liquidity analysis.
• AI-assisted market summaries and daily briefings.
• Price alerts and watchlist management tools.
• Trading journal and performance tracking.

The Service is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only. Refer to the disclaimer above regarding financial advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No payment method is required to start a trial.

After the trial period expires, access to the platform is restricted until a paid subscription is activated. Trial periods are available once per user and cannot be transferred or reset.

FX Bias offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: 149 DKK/month (Denmark) or $22 USD/month (other countries). Includes core bias analysis and standard features.
• Elite Plan: 249 DKK/month (Denmark) or $38 USD/month (other countries). Includes all Basic features plus advanced tools, AI analysis, and priority access.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Pricing is determined by your geographic location at the time of checkout and may vary.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. FX Bias does not store your card details.

• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on each renewal date.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
• You can update your payment method at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription button in your account or by emailing support@fxbias.co.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or data. You may reactivate at any time.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Partial-period refunds are not provided upon cancellation — you retain access through the end of your paid period.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@fxbias.co and we will investigate promptly.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicence access to the Service to third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform's algorithms or scoring logic.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions.

All content, algorithms, designs, and software on the FX Bias platform are owned by or licensed to FX Bias and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes during the subscription term.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital. FX Bias does not guarantee profits, returns, trading performance, or investment outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

FX Bias provides market analysis, educational content, and research tools only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Users are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions. FX Bias shall not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

We aim to provide continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party API disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform. In such cases, no refund of prepaid subscription fees will be issued.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
